Beaphar Timothy Hooi 1 kg is aanvullend voer voor knaagdieren, een lekkere en gezonde hooisoort voor konijnen en knaagdieren zoals cavia’s, chinchilla’s en degoes. Timothy Hooi heeft een hoog ruwvezel gehalte, goed voor tanden en spijsvertering. Daarnaast heeft het een gunstige Calcium-Fosfor verhouding. Timothy Hooi past dan ook in een uitgebalanceerd dieet.
De meeste hooisoorten zijn op basis van alfalfa en bevatten vrij veel Calcium. Qua samenstelling is Timothy hooi het meest geschikt voor konijnen en knaagdieren. Timothy hooi bevat een hoog vezelgehalte (32%) en een laag calciumgehalte (+/- 0,5%). Deze gunstige Calcium-Fosforverhouding voorkomt onder andere blaasproblemen bij cavia’s en konijnen.

Voedingsadvies: Knaagdieren en konijnen moeten onbeperkt hooi tot hun beschikking hebben als aanvulling op de dagelijkse voeding. Plaats het hooi bij voorkeur in een hooiruif of bak. Koel en droog bewaren.
